Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in our unique, handmade, and hand-painted candles! Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are currently unable to accept returns.
Here's why:
   •    Uniqueness: Each candle is a one-of-a-kind creation, with variations in color, design, and shape. This ensures you receive a truly special piece.
   •    Hygiene: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or melted wax.

However, we want you to love your candles!
If you have any concerns about your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We'll be happy to help in the following ways:
   •    Damaged Products: If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll gladly replace your candle free of charge.
   •    Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item. We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
